Can I collect entry fees with AwardStar?
Yes. AwardStar comes with an integrated online merchant account that you can use to easily collect entry fees. As an option, we can also connect AwardStar to your own merchant account if you have one.

What if physical samples are critical to our awards program?
AwardStar gives you the option of collecting all samples electronically, physically or both. The system also helps you keep track of who has submitted and who hasn't.

How do I let my judges know what to do?
When you sign up your judges and assign them entries, they'll get an automatic email with their user ID, password and clear instructions, customized for your program, on how to proceed.

Am I limited to the categories and judging criteria shown on your demo?
Nope. These are totally customizable to your program.

Do I have to set up AwardStar on my server or download any software?
No. AwardStar is a web-based application. You can simply place a link on your website that will take entrants to your customized entry page. You can also access your administrative interface from anywhere, 24/7.

Is AwardStar "new"?
The brand is new, but the underlying code has been supporting awards programs since 2007, and the company behind AwardStar has been in business for 15 years.
